Community Analysis:

How to Provide Library Services & Resources to Diverse Communities
Many public libraries are facing new challenges and changing environments due to an influx of recent immigrants. How can libraries best meet the needs of these new populations? How can libraries adapt their existing services and resources to encourage diverse users to visit their local public libraries?

This session will help librarians by giving them the tools to implement a community analysis by describing various methods of conducting a community analysis and needs assessment in order for librarians to provide the best possible community outreach programs.
