Cancellation of registration and/or hotels must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat.
In the case of cancellation before the 1st of June, 2011, the full amount will be refunded. For cancellations between the 1st of June 2011 and 31st of July, 2011, a cancellation fee of DKK 750 will be charged. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after the 1st of August 2011.
All refund claims must include the following bank transfer details: name of the bank, bank address, IBAN and SWIFT code, account number and name of the account owner. Please note that refunds will not be made until after the conference.
