Welcome reception

Wednesday the 24th of August at 18.00 pm. at The Royal Danish Library, Søren Kierkegaards Plads 1, Copenhagen.

Welcome to Copenhagen!

The welcome reception will take place at The Royal Library. The library is also known as The Black Diamond. A name inspired by the way the water is reflected in the building’s façade. The combination of light, the shimmering water and the dark building materials often make the The Royal Library appear as a very big diamond.

The reception starts at 18.00 o’clock followed by registration. We will then be given a tour of the library followed by dinner.

Dinnertime

Thursday the 25th of August at 19.00 pm. at the Kosmopol conference centre

The dinner will be held at 19.00 o’clock at the Kosmopol conference centre. The same venue as the conference.

Besides enjoying a three course meal our participants will also be treated to a lovely musical experience. The award winning singer Fatma Zidan will be singing a special selection of her songs.
