It is free. It is near you. And it knows what is what in your local community as well as the latest trends within film, music and literature. 

- It is your local library. 

The Danish libraries are a public service offered free of charge to all people living in Denmark. All you need to do is to get registrered and you will have unlimited access to all services provided by all branches in Denmark as well as free acces to numerous web services. Did you know for instance that you can read more than 1700 newspapers from more than 40 countries from your home computer? Just ask your library about Library Press Display.

Højtuddannede udlændinge er en overskudsforretning

1,9 millioner kroner. Det er det beløb en højtuddannet indvandrer lægger i statskassen efter at have boet i Danmark i otte år. Det viser en lige publiceret rapport fra CBS. Rapporten er resultatet af den første undersøgelse af hvor meget udenlandske arbejdskraft er værd for Danmark i kroner og ører. Læs rapporten og få indsigt i flere beløb og tal.

I rapporten "Rekruttering og fastholdelse af højtuddannet arbejdskraft" har SFI undersøgt hvordan en række lande, herunder Danmark, rekrutterer og fastholder højtuddannede fra lande uden for EU.
